I and my friend had lunch at Tandoor today. Every item in the buffet was so tasty, I liked the Chicken Biriyani and the dessert the most. My friend said, he liked the Spinach Dal with the fresh hot bread. The bread was served on table. I will go back again.

Even thought Tandoor has only been open a few weeks, my husband and I had a solid dining experience there for dinner tonight. My okra masala was well-spiced and tasty, and my husband’s palak paneer was creamy and more subtly spiced, but also tasty. Ramesh is very attentive to new clientele and talked to us at length, encouraging our feedback. We had seen payasam on the dessert menu, and he was excited to go make us a special batch, and even brought us second helpings! Prices were reasonable and the dining area is clean and tastefully decorated. Given how difficult it is to find good indian food in Portland, we will definitely be back to try more dishes! Thanks for everything, guys!

The Palak Dal was great today, I’ve had something new every day I’ve eaten here. Extra thanks for the lime rice!
The Kerala special Aviyal and Sambhar Rice was so tasty! Nice that you’re introducing some great Southern Indian dishes to the Portland community. I introduced several new friends to your restaurant today and they all liked the food very much. Keep up the good work!
Cauliflower Manchurian was excellent! Very good blend of spices. Everyone I know has been very impressed by the quality and unique tastes of the buffet

My stepfather and I just enjoyed the best Indian food we’ve had outside of his ex-restaurant in Santiago, Chile. Everything was fresh and authentic, portions were generous, and Ramesh and company were courteous, attentive, and smiling. The Lamb Biryani was especially delicious, a meal itself! Thank you for a wonderful meal, and will absolutely go in for the lunch buffet with my sister this week!
